Licensing for 2010
Renewal forms for the 2010 season will be available come February. Racers needing to submit an updated medical form can use the form below. To renew your 2010 license, download the appropiate form and submit with payment to the address provided at the bottom of each form:

2010 Race License renewal: $75
2010 Time Trial License renewal: $40

One(1) Day Race School: $110*
Time Trial School: $40

*Race school note: Interested drivers must contact EMRA's Chief of Race Licensing at racelicense@emraracing.org

Temporary Weekend License: $25 (needed when the driver holds a competition license from recognized motorsports organization other than EMRA. - Contact EMRA Race Licensing if you are unsure about your status)

Cancellations

If you register for an event and need to cancel, you must notify the Registrar by email (Registrar@EMRAracing.org) or phone (610-298-8979). Credits will be issued in lieu of a refund and are will also be subject to a processing fee as follows..

--- Cancellations received at least one week prior to an event will receive a full credit towards a later event, less a $25 processing fee.

--- Cancellations received less than one week prior to an event will receive a full credit toward a later event, less a $50 processing fee. 

Withdrawals at-track
For any event (single- or multiple-day), if an entrant wants to withdraw from any part of that event, in order to get a refund or credit for a future event, notice must be given to the Registrar before the end of the event (or to the Chief Steward listed on the schedule if the Registrar is not at the track) 

Refunds and Credits
No refund or credit will be given for any run group for which a wheel has been turned on track in any session of that run group (e.g., no refund for a sprint race if the entrant went on track for the practice session for that sprint race).


OnLine Registration

EMRA is outsourcing our online registration system.
E-Regi has been retired as we move forward to take advantage of technology, flexibility and compatibility. MotorsportReg.com will be hosting our registration system. It is a free-of-use service.

You will need to create a profile (account) in order to register for an event. Complete all sections, and answer as much of their questionaire as possible. When asked to select club associations, be sure to include EMRA in your profile. In this manner, you will recieve EMRA registration news and updates.

Registration Material
If you choose not to register via E-Regi, its still quite simple to sign up for an EMRA race. But don't wait for the morning of the event; its guaranteed to be crazy. Time well spent now will payoff at the track and perhaps in your wallet.

Forms must be completed in their entirety and may be mailed with payment to our Chief Registrar or brought to registration the morning of the event. (note: the forms have undergone a few changes; please be sure to review them thoroughly before submitting.)

Guidelines for Mailing Registrations :

• All fees are payable in US Funds.
• EMRA will ONLY accept Cash, Check or Money Order with mailed and at track payments.
• No discounts will apply to at track registrations.
• No entries will be picked up at the Post Office during the week prior to the event. If the entry is to be sent Express or by special carrier, signature upon delivery must be waived.
