Whether you regularly run with EMRA, or are planning to do so for the first time; it is VERY IMPORTANT that you read through this page carefully.

Licensing for 2008

 To renew your 2008 license, download the appropiate form and submit with payment to the address provided at the bottom of each form:

EMRA Registration Policy for 2008

Please read through the Policy carefully. Direct any questions you may have to EMRA's Chief Registrar at registrar@emraracing.org.

  • You are considered pre-registered if ... a) you register online or b) mailed a entry form postmarked by midnight at the end of the weekend prior to the event. NO mail will be picked up at the Post Office during the week prior to the event. If your registration is sent by special carrier or express; signature upon delivery MUST be waived..


EMRA Event RegistrationOnLine Registration
EMRA's E-Regi OnLine Registration System is available for all event registration. OnLine Registration will open on the Tuesday following the prior scheduled event weekend, and will close at midnight one week prior to that event. E-Regi's sign-in page will post which event is open for registration.

Before you can use E-Regi, you MUST complete a Driver Profile. The Driver Profile consists of your contact and vehicle information. Each time your login to register, the information in your profile is recalled. Don't wait. Create your profile today!!!

If you choose not to register via E-Regi, its still quite simple to sign up for an EMRA race. But don't wait for the morning of the event; its guaranteed to be crazy. Time well spent now will payoff at the track and perhaps in your wallet.

Forms must be completed in their entirety and may be mailed with payment to our Chief Registrar or brought to registration the morning of the event. (note: the forms have undergone a few changes; please be sure to review them thoroughly before submitting.)

Guidelines for Mailing Registrations :

  • All fees are payable in US Funds.
  • EMRA will ONLY accept Cash, Check or Money Order with mailed and at track payments.
  • No discounts will apply to at track registrations.
  • No entries will be picked up at the Post Office during the week prior to the event. If the entry is to be sent Express or by special carrier, signature upon delivery must be waived.

Event Fees for 2008

Fees in [$] depict early and online registration discount. At track and late mailed registrations will be subject to the full amount.

General Event Fees:

Sprint (Sat or Sun) -- [$200] $220
Enduro (Sat) -- [$215] $265

Special: enter either Sprint Race and pay an additional $50 to enter either the Enduro or 2nd Sprint race. OR pay an additional $100 to enter all three races.

** note: this fee is for two days of racing. No Splits. Registration information will be announced as the event date nears.

Time Trial - Sat, Oct 25th -- [$245] $270

Transponder Rental: $35/day, $265 refundable deposit

Combo Event Discounts: (other than those listed above) Save 10% when you register for any combination of Sprint Races, Enduros, Race Schools, or Time Trials during an EMRA weekend. The discount will only apply when the entries are from the same driver/partnership. Discount Calculation: Sum all the event costs and subtract 10%. Round total up to the nearest $5 increment. Do not include transponder and licensing fees. (Ex: your fee for entering a Pocono Sprint Race and Two(2) Hour Enduro would be $180 + $270= $450 - 10%($45) = $405

2008 Time Trial License renewal: $20

Time Trial School: $20
One(1) Day Race School: $110*
Observed Practice: $40

*Race school note: Interested drivers must contact EMRA's Chief of Race Licensing at racelicense@emraracing.org

Temporary Weekend License: $10 (needed when the driver holds a competition license from recognized motorsports organization other than EMRA. - Contact EMRA Race Licensing if you are unsure about your status)
